– researches and implements membership structure
– conducts surveys and market research
– produces marketing materials & conducts community outreach
– produces website/Facebook page (and other social media)
– Logo design
Business Strategy
– researches locations & real estate options
– institutes membership structure
– coordinates & authors business plan/financial modeling
Fundraising
– researches investment and funding options
– raises funding for pre-development, organizing phase
